I started Starnes Pallet nearly thirty years ago. Since then, our business has grown and expanded throughout the southeast. We have loyal customers that have contributed so much towards our success. However, our success would not be possible without the hardworking employees, who get the job done day in and day out. We have a team that is more like a family than anything, and that's the most valuable thing any business owner could ask for.
I started working for Starnes Pallet Service in 1996 and it is tremendous how much the company has grown since then. Over fifteen years later I still believe that we can attribute the success of the business to loyal employees who are dedicated to their work and a work atmosphere that fosters continued personal, as well as team growth.
I came to Starnes Pallet in Jaunary 2015. I was looking to join a company that was dedicated not only to its financial growth, but also to the growth and well-being of its employees. As part of the Starnes Pallet team, I strive to advance the business' financial growth, as well as support our visions for the future. I have no doubt that Starnes Pallet will continue to thrive and accomplish its goals, all while remaining focused on its core values of teamwork, quality service, and quality products.

I grew up on the pallet yard, climbing atop pallets and riding along for deliveries; so, it's always been like a second home to me. Now, serving as In-house Counsel, I have the opporunity to steer Starnes Pallet in the best direction to accomplish its goals for the future. The business' growth and success can be attributed to each employees' hard work and dedication. I hope to continue inspiring our employees, as my father has done for over thirty years. Together, we will continue working to achieve Starnes Pallet's visions for the future and will always provide our customers with the best products and service.

In 2000, I came to Starnes Pallet Service as a driver. Today I oversee the warehouse operations. In a short amount of time Starnes Pallet allowed me to grow and advance in my career. That is what Starnes Pallet stands for, supporting and encouraging its employees, while also prioritizing its customer's needs and treating everyone with respect.
